PRO Quick Connect (Standard and HD versions) Generator Probe Technology
PRO generator probes are engineered for many different applications giving the best results and long service life. PRO HD generator probe models are designed for rigorous conditions, such as running for excessive time, processing gritty materials, and when cleaning after each use is not possible.
All PRO generator probes are precision crafted and designed with the tightest of rotor-stator clearances, which allows for quick, effective and repetitive processing, meaning faster and more complete sample breakdown than competitors as well as being beneficially anti-foaming.
Our "Quick Connect" L-lock & spring loaded design allows for the generator probe to become engaged & disengaged easily from a PRO homogenizer and provides safety over competitor generator probes that are screwed on/tightened or clamped into place.
Engineered to be taken apart very easily and cleaned in between samples, disassembly & reassembly is done in only a few seconds.
Manufactured out of 316 stainless steel for the utmost in chemical compatibility, they can be sterilized by hot air, autoclaving, flaming or chemical processes. Essential any lab cleaning method can be used.
Complete replacement parts for the generator probes are available, thereby extending the life of this valuable piece of equipment, which is not done by most competitors.

Multi-Gen 7XL generator probes are unique equipment that are reusable 7mm diameter generator probes manufactured from 316 stainless steel and PTFE, which provides homogenizing of samples without cross contamination and without the need to stop and clean a generator between samples.
